How This Winter Sports Expo Is Making a Difference in the Community
As we get ready to kick off the 2025/ 2026 snow season, Kulkea is proud to announce its partnership with Snowbound Expo and Subaru of New England for their community-led Donation Station, a prominent part of New England’s largest winter sports expo. Donation Station is a community-driven movement on a mission to collect pre-loved snow sports apparel that will go straight to local youth enrichment programs.
So, not only will attendees get the chance to check out some elite vendors and play all sorts of games, but alongside Kulkea and Donation Station, event guests can make a difference in the community, too. And with your help, two local organizations will benefit from the donations collected at Snowbound Expo 2025 - the Youth Enrichment Service (YES) and Mount Pleasant High School Ski Club. Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is a Boston-based non-profit organization that provides outdoor experiences and leadership opportunities to urban youth, engaging them in impactful, sports-based activities. The Mount Pleasant High School Ski Club is devoted to underrepresented youth from Providence, RI, providing opportunities to engage in snow sports, build confidence, and develop life skills in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Join us in donating your preloved snow apparel at this year’s annual expo, taking place Friday, November 14th, through Sunday, November 16th. Every visitor who makes a donation will be entered to win one of many coveted items, including lift tickets, athlete-signed gear, and Kulkea prizes!
Additionally, Kulkea will be donating 50 Speed Star Kids Boot Bags to the Donation Station’s efforts to ensure that many more young adventurers can join in on the winter sports spirit. So, come by New England’s largest winter sports expo to see what the hype is all about!
