Unused products purchased from Kulkea, LLC during the 2023 holiday period may be returned or exchanged by January 31st 2024, provided all products are returned undamaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging with documentation, accessories and hang tags attached. All other terms and conditions of the Kulkea returns policy apply.
Shipping
Kulkea ships to any of the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow an estimated 2 - 5 business days depending on location, day of week and time of order. All orders are processed on weekdays only and are typically processed once a day by 11:00 EST am each day. For international shipping availability, please contact us at [email protected].
Orders should be delivered within the aforementioned time frames, but please understand that delays caused by inclement weather or shipping carriers are beyond our control.
Returns Policy
Unused products sold and shipped directly to you by Kulkea, may be returned within (30) calendar days from date of receipt, provided all products are returned undamaged and in new resalable condition, including in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all hang tags attached, documentation, and any safety or sanitary seals fully intact.
To request a product return submit the Return Request form. If approved Kulkea shall issue you return instructions along with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. All returned products must be accompanied by their RMA number. Additionally, the exterior of the cardboard carton in which the product is returned must be marked with the RMA number
You will be responsible for return shipping charges and the risk of damage or loss during shipment.
Kulkea will process your request when the products are received.
If you have requested a replacement item on a product returned in accordance with the Kulkea Return Policy, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed.
Kulkea shall not accept the return of or be responsible for any product submitted for return without an RMA number, not in accordance with Kulkea’s product return procedures or which is otherwise ineligible for return
Refund Policy
For products returned in accordance with the Kulkea Return Policy without a replacement request, we will issue a credit for the product price less any adjustments already processed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kulkea reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject the return, not issue any credit and/or to withhold any or all amounts relating to products which are returned not fully in accordance with Kulkea’s Returns Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Orders begin to process immediately upon being placed. You may attempt to cancel an order during the processing stage. Once an order moves to the shipping stage it may not be canceled.
Kulkea may be unable to accept or need to cancel certain orders. Kulkea reserves the right to require additional information or verification before or after accepting any order.
Kulkea reserves the right to reject or cancel any order with or without any cause or reason.
